Sanctuary – “Sleepers”

I just came to the sudden realization that I entirely spaced writing my post about “Sleepers”!!!! This ep was also incredibly amazing! Surprise, surprise! Who doesn’t love Tesla? I mean, seriously…He is fantastic! Jonathon Young was cast perfectly, in my opinion!!! I have watched this episode several times, and it still makes me laugh! It was so incredibly funny! It was just a lot of fun to watch! Plus, in the words of Nikola Tesla, “vampires are just plain cool!”

Sanctuary – “Haunted”

Okay, I know this is way late in coming; but what can I say? Apparently I’m a horrible blogger! Anyway, I really, really loved this episode! Amazing!!! Christopher Heyerdahl plays his role so well (both of them, in fact), so it was really great to see an episode focused on John. I think it was extremely interesting to see that side of the character because it allows you to fully understand how Helen ever could have fallen in love with him. Not that I want them to end up together (too obsessed w/ my Helen/Will), but I liked seeing that it wasn’t such an insane idea that Helen could love him. In the end, I was even a little sad that John had to go back to the way he was before; but I also don’t see how they could have left it any differently. Now I’m just down to the season finale on Friday! What am I going to do with myself on Fridays after that?! Anticipating a good episode though!!!!

Barney????

I have a question. What kind of creature is Barney?? Well my little brother brother is 10 years old and thinks Barney is a bear…… How weird is that???

Sanctuary – “Penance”

A little later with this than usual (been busy w/ finals), but here it is in any case! This was a great episode! I say that a lot, I know, but it always seems to be true! It was a very heavy Kate episode; and while many seem to dislike her, I find her to be a very interesting character. In fact, I’ve quite liked her character since the end of the first ep she appeared in! I must say though, that this episode made me like her even more. Plus, it gave me a lot of respect and understanding of where her character is coming from. Why she is the way she is. I think this episode really gets to the heart of Kate, and I love that! Props to Agam Darshi for the great character and incredible performance!!!

Glee

OMG! Do i really have to wait until April for the next season????? That is a long time………. Glee is so amazing!!!!!!! I love their songs that they sing… I can relate to their issuses that they face… i am in show choir ( that is the same a Glee Club)…. with all te dancing you have it can get on your nerves……. this is my favorite tv show!!!!!!!! Who else loves this show????????????

Sanctuary – “Next Tuesday”

Wow! I’ve been a really terrible blogger as of late! Anyway, decided I needed to say my piece about Friday’s Sanctuary episode!

“Next Tuesday” was an amazing episode! As I’ve said before, I absolutely love watching Amanda and Robin act together! They are great! Not to mention, they have this interesting sort of chemistry between them that is just indescribable. I really enjoyed the Titanic reference because that is one of my other favorite things to obsess over (the disaster not the movie). And I thought the play on the title at the end was absolutely gorgeous! I loved this ep! It definitely ranks up there with “Requiem” in my book! Plus, lots and lots of priceless quotes!!!

Operation North Pole

Even better than the campaign to get Amanda on Ellen is the Sanctuary For All: Operation North Pole project on Facebook and LiveJournal! It is basically a project to donate to Sanctuary For Kids and send Amanda Christmas wishes. Great project, and one I hope to be able to participate in!!!

Black Friday

Omg!! Shopping on Black Friday this year was so much fun! Who didn’t like shopping this year. I still liked it even though some lady tried to run me over with a cart, and some other lady who tried to body slam me, other than that it was fun!!

Hoidays and Such

I have been horrible about updating the past couple of weeks!  Didn’t even post my “word of the week!” Got somewhat swamped w/ schoolwork then caught up in the holidays, and time just flew by!  Thanksgiving was amazing.  I got to spend some much appreciated time w/ family!  Plus, shopping on Black Friday was not awful this year!  In fact, it was sort of fun.

On a side note, I think I might actually attempt Facebook *shutter*.  I hate to follow trends.  Of course, having started Twitter, I suppose I can’t say much!  

Other news is the great campaign over on Twitter to get Amanda Tapping on The Ellen Show!  I think that would be one of the greatest things ever!  Plus it would really promote Sanctuary4Kids!  If you’re a Twitter user and would be interested, pop over and join!

Sanctuary – “Veritas”

     I loved last night’s episode, directed by the lovely Amanda Tapping!  It was amazing!  As usual.  I really adore Helen/Will interaction, and I am so glad to be seeing more of that this season.  I also think I am in love with “crazy Helen.”  Amanda plays crazy very well.  I love watching Magnus lose it because she is such a measured person, and it is good to see that she is not infallible or emotionless.  I think that is why I love this season so much.  They are really putting Helen and Will through the ringer, and I love that because it makes the characters seem so much more realistic and relatable.  Anyway, back to other stuff.
